ANXIOUS ABOUT YOUR RESULTS?

Face the facts: The CPA Exam is administered at Prometric Centers and at certain specific times during the year (testing windows or quarters). Once you receive your Notice To Schedule (NTS), you can locate a Prometric Center of your choice online and determine if there are any available spaces/times/seat for the dates you wish to sit the exam. You may schedule to sit the exam if there is an available space, otherwise you will have to schedule your exam at another time (or another Prometric Center) based on available spaces and during a testing window (testing quarter). Your exam score release date is dependent on the testing window and which date during the testing window you sit the exam. The four testing windows (testing quarters) are as follows:

Testing Windows (Testing Quarters)

Windows (Quarters) Testing Period
Quarter 1 January 1 – March 10
Quarter 2 April 1 – June 10
Quarter 3 July 1 – September 10
Quarter 4 October 1 – December 10

The key to success: 1. How much you really want to pass and 2. Practice, Practice, Practice

Scores for the Examination will be released by NASBA to candidates and state boards of accountancy based upon the target score release dates in the tables below. Some boards of accountancy require at least one day beyond the published target release date in the table to process and release Examination scores.
